Dr. Hynd has held leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. In the 1990s, she began her career at the World Bank in Washington working on development strategies and projects in Latin America, South East Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa region, funding many through bonds of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
In 2004 she returned home to join Morocco’s Prime Minister’s office and work on national strategies and investment projects. Four years later she was appointed Director General of Casablanca Stock Exchange, then later became the head of Strategy for Morocco’s Sovereign Fund CDG Development. Her experience raising and investing funds toward renewable energy earned Dr. Hynd seats on the board of corporations, the Air Liquide Foundation for Development and the Environment, New York-based platform Invest Africa, and the jury of the MBC Television program, “Stars of Science” for scientific innovation.
Dr. Hynd graduated with a degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, and went on to earn an MS and PhD from the
School of Engineering and AppliedSciences of Harvard University. She completed her studies with an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Nibrass Bouhia

As an entrepreneur, Nibrass launched several companies focusing on design, implementation and monitoring of major projects, as well as feasibility studies and financial engineering.
She graduated with honors in architecture and territorial planning from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture Paris-Malaquais, she acquired solid training combining theory and practice, which allowed her to develop an innovative approach and durable.
She opened an architecture and urban planning agency in Paris in 2010. Her expertise covers a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial buildings to civic and cultural spaces and urban development projects. Her company worked on a series of projects in Africa, including Ivory Coast, Congo, Morocco and Tunisia.
Among her achievements, three mosques in Île de France and the headquarters of the international insurance company Allianz in Congo.
With an approach focused on sustainable development, she specializes in creating spaces combining beauty, functionality and sustainability.
Nibrass manages a team of specialists in design and analysis, for branding, marketing, financial arrangements and operations management. She is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BAL Method ltd, responsible for marketing, program development and operations management.

Rafik Moalla has cumulated more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, a manager, and a leader in several corporations and sectors. In addition, Rafik founded and managed several large-scale companies in Tunisia, Libya, and at the international level.
He is also an advisor and a reference to government institutions and high-level leaders in politics, diplomacy and security, as well as economic, social and environmental matters.
After his Engineering Diploma from a top engineering school in Tunisia, he joined the family business where he led its growth and development to become the leading printing and publishing company nationwide. Managing more than 2000 employees and ensuring a large-scale distribution of multiple products.
Rafik Moalla is the authorized consultant and representative of the 5 Billion USD London-based fund INVEMA, in charge of sourcing and structuring investment opportunities and projects in Tunisia and the Arab World.
Rafik was instrumental in the structuring of an Initiative for the Environment and Sustainable Development, for job creation and the launch of several projects in connection with the environment and waste management. Thus, advising and mentoring several community based companies in waste management and other activities related to sustainable development.
Finally, Rafik has a passion for horses and has mastered the art of buying, selling, and recognizing their breeding origins and types throughout the years.
